Our Teachers

Allannah Rodrigues
Yoga Teacher
I started my yoga journey several years ago at a retreat in Goa. At the time I was going through a time of change and high stress and came away from the retreat feeling calmer and lighter and like I could face the challenges ahead.

In 2017 I took the next step and embarked on a year-long 200 hour teacher training program at Western Wellness. The following year I added a 100 hour Yin training with Annie Au and am now a practicing Yin teacher.

Come and join me on my next retreat or my next class, I would love to share all the things my wonderful teachers have taught me to help you get started on your yoga journey. Lana xx

Leanne Cannan
Yoga Teacher
I have practised Yoga for over 30 years. In 2017 I signed on for a Yoga Teacher Training Course to delve deeper into the philosophy behind Yoga, not imagining that this would open up a whole new world and I would become a teacher.
I obtained a 200YT certification with Western Wellness and added Chair Yoga to it not long after. I am also certified in Yoga for Seniors.
My aim is to slow down Yoga and present classes for all levels and abilities.
I also design classes for special occasions with fun themes to flow with the intent of the day.

Giovanna Phillips
Yoga Teacher
I share my love of yoga and all that I have learned, with my students. Teaching to all levels, and sharing my discoveries along the way including my attraction to sound and its healing qualities.

I have a dedicated traditional Ashtanga Mysore yoga practice, and I am also a certified Tibetan sound healer & gong practitioner.

In 2017 I began my yoga teacher training at Western Wellness wanting to share the gift yoga has given me. My love and appetite for learning has grown exponentially and continues to grow.

My love of sound has also grown, with
a full chakra set of Tibetan singing bowls. I also play the gong along with the beautiful Koshi chimes. Using sound in meditation to help create a deeply relaxing experience for your body. I am so grateful to share the benefits sound.
